Coffee purists may argue that the term "espresso maker" is being used a bit loosely with this product as it can't produce the full 9 bars of pressure required for "official" espresso to be made and should more rightly be called a "moka maker". We don't really care, it looks beautiful and makes a darn fine cup of espresso or moka or whatever you want to call it.
