Why am I unable to place orders through the Highbrow Furniture website?

Highbrow Furniture is now closed.  It has been a pleasure assisting our customers over the past 25 plus years, many of whom we consider friends.

When will my charge card be charged?

Your charge card is not charged until the item ships.

How are items delivered and what is the cost of shipping?

In most instances our products are delivered to your residence by FedEx ground or common carrier. Shipping is free within the contiguous US. For orders outside the continental US, contact us via email for shipping quotes before placing your order. Before delivery person leaves your residence or office please make notation on bill of lading of any visible damage to carton or product.

What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products simply email or call us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Item must be returned in original packaging material. We will schedule a pick up and have the item returned to us at no cost to you. Replacement parts, COM (customers own material), COL (customers own leather) are non returnable.

What is your privacy policy?

highbrow, inc. takes privacy very seriously and is committed to the principle that our clients must be secure knowing that information they disclose is used for the purpose for which it was collected and not sold, bartered or traded to third parties. Having a relationship founded on trust with our clients is simply good business.
